This is an episode of The Command Line Podcast. I rushed this episode out for listeners who do not read the web site. I wanted to let those listeners know about the coming change in feeds, in case of any disruptions. I am hoping there are no problems, but if someone has one, I want them to have the heads up and to know I will help where I can if there are any feed hiccups. I discuss some listener feedback, namely Pete's recommendation of the Gundo plugin for vim and Tim's move from nano to vim.... Topics: podcast, feature

I've put together my review of the epic, in its totality. I discuss the strange way in which the epic goes into fine detail on some parts of the story, and breezes over others. Some of the most critical moments in the story, like when Dhrtarastra was skipped and then later made king, or during the dice game, or in dealing with the birth & death of Krishna, the story is ambiguous and full of holes. The only explanation that I can come up with is that the author himself may not have known... Topics: Bhakti, Channeling, False Vasudev, Karma Yoga, Krishna, Vyasa

This episode we decided instead of our normal format we'd try something similar to our neglected (and long overdue) Instrumetalcast episodes and just let the music play straight through. Here at Open Metalcast Headquarters we're well in the throes of the six more weeks of winter some fucking rodent predicted.
